Our organization operates continuously. We can't shut down our plant for a full day because it takes a long time to reactivate the process. The plant runs around the clock, with employees from both local and distant areas, including other states. How should we proceed on the day of the election in the state? I need help from all of you. Please assist me.

The Election Commission has declared a holiday on the day of polling. However, observing a holiday for the full day depends on the operations of the company. In your case, it is not necessary that you will have to declare a holiday, but you can facilitate the locals to exercise their franchise by giving them leave of 2-3 hours. Tamil Nadu was the only exception, but there might have been some exceptions in industries of your nature with prior permission from authorities. However, you should verify the practice in the industries in your area and follow the same for uniformity.
