I understand that a paid holiday on Election Day is obligatory for employers. Please advise on the situation for employees whose office and residence have different Election Day dates. Will they get two days of holiday, or are they required to be present in the office area on Election Day?

One person will have only one vote, and as such, there will be only one voting day. Depending on their date of election, grant them leave. If all employees vote at the office, while one or two have votes at different locations where the election will occur on another day, they can attend work on the office's election day and take leave on their respective election dates. If you cannot keep the office open for one or two individuals, it is not their fault.
