Dear All,

We are receiving proposals for imparting training to our workforce for free. These agencies are saying that these trainings are funded by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), a Government of India wing. These trainings are being organized nationwide. After completion of training, people will receive a monetary reward of Rs. 3750/-. Would you please share whether such types of training are worth it or not?

The proposal is attached herewith for the perusal of all.

Regards,
Sanjay

NSDC is providing Rs. 10,000 per student if they clear the course (depending on the course). Some courses are valued at Rs. 7,500 as well. Kindly go through the site nsdcindia.org; you will get a better idea.

Rs. 1,000 is a mandatory fee for the students, which has to be paid at the start. This is the examination fee that the government agencies are charging. The figure of Rs. 3,750 that you have must have come from some training partner. Before starting the project, I advise you to go through the project.

Regards,
Sanjay
