Friends, those who have appeared in today's IBPS SO-HR Exam, please share your experiences here. The discussion might help us to understand the problems/weaknesses within us and prepare for future exams.

My experience in the HR section was not good, as what I prepared was not included in the exam. According to me, the standard of questions was worthless. I do not know what kind of talent they want to find from among the candidates, as each question is too confusing and below standard.

I may be wrong in my opinion, so I welcome other friends' opinions if they found it good or satisfactory. Please share your experience; if possible, share about all the sections. This will help us (at least me) to understand our (my) weak points, and we can improve.

They did not include much from manpower planning, grievance handling, conflicts, industrial disputes, employee health/welfare, wage and salary administration, training and development, discipline, trade unions, etc. I am really annoyed. There are so many interesting conceptual questions that can be asked from such topics, but what they asked is far from all these and is completely stupid. I am not happy with the kind of question standard, as I know I have prepared a lot this time.

I have also taken the exam for HR officer, and my experience was not good as the level of questions was higher than my expectations. Specifically, I don't understand why IBPS asks for the authors' names of various theories. Are these theories very important for us to know in the banking sector?

Hello,

I filled out the application for this exam but could not appear for it due to some personal reasons. Can anybody share the question paper? If you can send the complete question paper, it's great, otherwise please send the question paper for HR. It would help me prepare for the next exam.

Thanks in advance,
Shweta

Hi all, I would like to share my experience. It's the time factor that we actually need to manage to qualify for the exam. As far as the toughness or ease of the paper is concerned, the cut-off will be adjusted accordingly.

Lastly, I think I will also not clear the exam.

I have also taken the exam, and I would like to share my experience as well. The HR portion was not so good, but it covers the most important parts of HR, like Kaizen techniques, appraisal, and various acts such as the Wages and Salary Act, Bonus Acts, etc. However, there are many important topics that were not included, such as training and development, manpower planning, industrial disputes, etc. So, I think it was just okay. But for me, it was a good experience. I learned time management from this exam.
