The salary structure has been decided based on our company environment and for employee IT exceptions. Here are some common components mentioned for your reference:
Salary Components:
- Basic: 35 to 40% of CTC
- HRA: 50% of basic
- Travel Allowance
- Children's education
- Food Allowance, etc.
Benefits:
- PF: 13.61% of basic
- ESI: 4.75% of gross not exceeding 15,000/-
- Reimbursement for IT exemption
Other Benefits:
- Gratuity: 4.8% of basic
- Mediclaim insurance, etc.
