We are trying to submit the renewal of the Labour License under the AP Shops & Establishment Act to the Labour Office, Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam, with the following documents, guided by a Labour Office staff member last year.

Required Documents:

- Covering letter
- Form – III
- Treasury Challan
- Name board photo in Telugu
- Employees' bank account numbers with bank name
- PF contribution list
- EISC contribution list

However, they are now demanding that we also produce all members' appointment letters along with the above documents. Please share your valuable inputs based on facts and your usual procedure (reference of the Act). Awaiting your valuable replies.

As per the list given by you, you are submitting. Okay, but in the list you are submitting, the contribution list of ESI and PF. By seeing that, all they are asking. So they have the right to ask because they want to know if they are under your contract or not. So make your list of contributions short and submit the letter of appointment or meet them personally. If you don't have all this, the labor department will show the way.
