I am busy in trainings these days, seeking you help to design some games or activities for planning and prioritization.

Assuming you are a trainer in your organization. If you are looking to have a training session including Time Management and want to have some games for associates to understand the importance and let the same stick on after training, I would suggest you keep in mind the following aspects that need to be taken care of:
* Time is inflexible and irreversible.
* Put in the 'Big Rocks' first - Stephen Covey (First Things First).
* Stick to the schedule.
Training Activity Suggestion
For this, I can suggest a pre and post activity with the following steps:
* Give them a scenario - much like a normal day-to-day one such as 'Go to the market and buy xxx product'.
* Pre-scenario: Do not give them guidelines - Let them plan.
* Post-enacting: Give them guidelines + add other activities.
* Now, how do they execute them: Do they change the order, or stick to the plan? How do they reorganize?
* This activity can be assigned to all: One team enacts at a time and the next team follows.
* Ask the observing teams to provide their findings and jot down the pointers.
The noted points will be sufficient since they themselves came up with them. Hope this helps.
