What was the designation given to you in your Appointment Letter? Not sure about the reason(s) why you got this query NOW—after seeming to be in the job for some time now. However, going by what you mentioned about your job role, you would be a Network or System Administrator. There are quite a few overlapping areas in the job profile for both roles. All the best.
