Dear Seniors, please let me know whether any other regulation made by the State Industrial Development Corporation regarding factory building, other than the Factories Act/Rules, will also be applicable simultaneously.

In Uttarakhand, the State Industrial Development Authority (SIDA) approves the Factory Map as per their Regulation GIDCR (General Industrial Development Control Regulation 2012). I wish to know whether these Regulations are binding on us simultaneously with the Factories Act 1948.
