• Upkeep and maintenance of site office, Labour Colony, and Guest Houses. Any complaints received should be sorted out within 48 hours.
• Ensuring the availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, email, fax, computers, etc.
• Availability of Guest House to all employees in good condition.
• Liaison and maintaining cordial relations with the Electricity Board, local administration, and telecom authority.
• Ensuring no adverse comments are received.
• Ability to get support from all these bodies at the time of need.
• Timely availability of transport facilities for guests/employees.
• Timely availability of pool cars/local transport for employees.
• Availability of hygienic and quality food for employees and guests.
• In charge of repairing and maintenance of DGs at the guest house.
• Setting up and effective management of all Site Offices, Guest Houses, and Labour Colonies across all sites.
• Manage transit accommodation, travel, and ticketing of all personnel visiting from and to various sites.
• Transport management for employees to commute to and from site offices.
• Stationery, printing, Xerox, and other ancillary admin support management.
• Canteen, pantry, and hospitality management at sites.
• Event management at sites, such as safety training and how to keep scrap material at the site with the Safety team.
