Hi, I am working as part of the HR team in a Courier Company. I have been asked to suggest some Leave Policies as well as an ID Card Policy.

We have a 30-day leave status, i.e., 22 Earned Leaves & 8 Casual Leaves. If some points could be suggested for the same.

Thanks. Jaclyn.

Hi,

The leave policy has to be employee-friendly. What I follow in my company is 20 EL's and 7 SL's, where SL's will get lapsed at the end of the year if unused and EL's will get encashed at the end of the leave calendar year.

Dear,

I'm going to share the leave policy of our organization in an attachment. The ID card policy includes every employee being required to wear an ID card on the premises of the office. New employees or probationary employees will wear a probationary ID card (especially designed for new employees). Once they complete their probation period, they will be eligible for an official ID card.

Anyone who loses their card will be required to pay 60% the first time and 70% the second time.

Hi everyone, I'm Shweta from Sydney! I'm working at Apollo Tyres and wanted to gather viewpoints from my respected seniors. I have a very interesting project where I need to identify the selection process and training needs.

We are planning to deploy our plant staff in the field. Thus, I need to outline the process from identification to selection to training for my team. If anyone can assist me with this, I would be extremely grateful for a variety of ideas from my seniors.

Thanks
