Hello Seniors, I have completed my MBA in HR and I am currently working as a Management Science faculty member in a private institute. Recently, I prepared two papers for two different Paper Presentation seminars. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the presentation days due to some reasons. However, I did submit my full paper with the abstract via email beforehand as requested.
Both papers were on Arts and Economics-related topics. Now, I would like to ask if it is appropriate to mention these two Paper Presentations on my CV, even though I did not receive the respective certificates.
Additionally, I am considering presenting a paper on a Science topic in an upcoming seminar next month. Would it be acceptable for me to present on a Science topic despite being from a Management field?
Thank you.

You can mention it if your paper is not published in their journal. Secondly, there is no restriction that you cannot submit the paper for science if you are in the management discipline. Although your expertise and interest are in management, you should give preference to it.
