I am selected in TCS in the walk-in for 3+ years of experience. I have three years of experience, but I started working in the last year of my engineering. I am a 2011 pass out, but I don't have an NOC from my college as my company did not require it. Now, is there any problem? Will TCS consider me?

There shouldn't be any problem. When you were allowed to work, even without an NOC, it automatically made you eligible to deliver. Now, in hindsight, it doesn't matter any longer. Wish you all the best for the role at TCS!

Dear Mr. Mayank1991, now that you are an experienced candidate for TCS, it is not a concern about your NOC as your first employer also did not require it. Please provide your regular documents from your previous company, educational certificates, and rest assured. Like Ms. (Cite Contribution) already pointed out, "it doesn't matter any longer" is what you have to remember and follow.

Thank you.
