Is it compulsory to obtain the exemption order copy from the labor department to maintain computerized records such as wages, leave, bonuses, and pay slips? Or can we maintain these records without the order copy in the prescribed formats?

Yes you need to get exempton from DLC for maintaining computerised attendance records under sec 31 of minimum wages act 1963. regards, Kamal Prasoon
