For death claim first you have to fill form no.20 for PF withdrawal, 10D for Pension and 5 If for EDLI payment

The attached file by NPMB is very clear regarding almost all PF queries. However, before submission, I advise you to please get the forms scrutinized by the PRO of the concerned PF office in order to avoid any objections at a later stage, as well as to prevent delays in the settlement of claims.
