Issue with Full and Final Settlement

Hi, I am Ashish. My previous company (Name: AAIPL Gurgaon) is holding my full and final settlement. They are not clear on why they are holding my settlement. Please advise me on the suitable steps I should take.

Thank you,

Regards,
Ashish

Can you kindly elaborate? Was this termination or resignation? What was the reason for it? When was it invoked or communicated? If it was a resignation, was it accepted? When? What was your last working day? What is the separation policy of your firm?

Regarding your query, it is unclear and difficult to understand:

"Hi, I am Ashish. My previous company (Name: AAIPL Gurgaon) is holding my full and final settlement. They are not clear why they are holding my settlement. Please provide me with a suitable way forward on what I should do."

Thank you.

Thank you, Ankita ji. I have resigned, and the resignation was accepted by the DGM HR. I have cleared my dues with all the department heads, and there are no outstanding dues on my part. However, when I contacted the company's HR manager and executive, they were unclear and mentioned that my Full and Final settlement was stopped by the VP.

You should ask the reason for stopping your F&F and not who has asked to stop it. Ask your HR if it is understood that the VP asked to stop the F&F payment, but have they mentioned any reason for it? When you say "I am clear of my dues by all department heads, no dues on me," what do you mean by that? Again, what is your query?
