Hi all, I am an HR Executive in a service-based company, and I have been given a task to enhance or add new elements to the joining process and formalities. For example, a welcome note before joining and a joining kit on the day of joining. Kindly suggest a few ideas.

1. An orientation kit that explains the job and the orientation plan, detailing how one is inducted into this job.

2. A note explaining the functional hierarchy of the company.

3. A note on the company's culture, etc.
