Hi,

My company has received a new proposal for US recruitment. Can anyone help us in creating a comprehensive 'Business Plan' for US recruitment? The requirements are from Avionics, IT, BFSI, etc.

Please provide me with an A-Z process cycle for US RPO. If anyone has external links, kindly share them. Documents and presentations are greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance! 😊

Hi Surian,

I am working with an RPO, US Staffing. This model of recruitment is not very complex; however, it requires a strong base of US geography and culture.

People like us are called vendors, and we provide services to US clients.

For example, if a client XYZ needs 2 Java developers, they will pass on the requirement to us. We will have a team of recruiters offshore working on portals to search for the appropriate match.

After the telephonic screening, our recruiters will submit the candidates to clients in the US and wait for an interview request (so-called shortlisting).

Once the interview request comes, the recruiters will again coordinate with the candidate (referred to as a consultant) for the interview schedule.

If the final selection happens, then we will get paid for this placement.

There are different types of placements in US employment styles: direct hiring, perm hiring, corp to corp, contract to hire, etc.

Not everything can be explained, but when you talk about a business plan, you need to understand the basic flow of the process.

Hey, I should stop writing further. How about you design something further, and then share with me what all I can tell you on this?

Good luck.

Since you seem to be helpful and experienced in RPO, I'm taking the opportunity to request advice on how we can market or look for business opportunities or BD for RPO. We already have a domestic recruitment firm based in Delhi. Our site is uvigroup.net. Please email me or contact me (or put the right person in contact); that would be great.
