There are several measures to try , ESAT is most preferred. It helps to identify the areas where employment engagement might be a concern. What is the strength in your firm?

If I may suggest, we, the seniors, should set an example for students who keep seeking answers with single or double-line questions without providing much information about the background to the question. Also, we should mention what we have done so far to find the answers or, even better, express our views and then seek help to improve our knowledge and understanding.

For example, I am no HR expert. However, upon reading the questions, I searched the web and found two links that interested me. One, <link outdated-removed> (Search On Cite | Search On Google) explains what Employee Engagement is about, etc. Two, Gauging Employee Engagement Surveys: Why Asking the Right Questions Matters | Enterprise Transformation Results. The title itself is self-explanatory.
