Friends and seniors, I want to know how many leadership theories there are and what they are. Just list them out because when I try to Google, I get different theories on different web pages, with only a few common among them. Please help.

I recalled that I had helped you before. After searching CiteHR, I found it at https://www.citehr.com/155797-help-n...-analysis.html. I wonder why the confusion! May I also know why you want to know how many theories there are? If I recall correctly, you have finished your MBA.
The first two links that you have given show the same 8 groupings. The second site lists theories under each group. Some other sites miss out on the details.

You should fine-tune your search on the four main styles, i.e., autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire, and bureaucratic. You should also know about transactional and transformational approaches. Hope it helps.
