Dear All, I joined as an HR manager in an organization about a year ago, and now I need to prepare a payroll manual for its incorporation into the accounting manual. I seek your help in this. Could you please share a sample accounting/payroll manual with me so that I can begin the process? I am awaiting your prompt and positive response.

Please do not take references from others. Follow your accounting practices and payroll procedures. Write down what the current process actually is, then discuss it with your finance and concerned people. Once you have done that, please post it here. We will be happy to give you suggestions.
