My wife was working in a software company and gave her resignation in the first week of May. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, she had to rejoin her job, which is not acceptable to the employer because she had availed maternity leave for a year and resigned immediately after the leave was exhausted without rejoining. Therefore, her resignation has been processed and cannot be revoked.
She has also been asked to pay the excess amount that was paid as salary during her leave period, which we are unable to pay, and all her relieving formalities are on hold.
Please suggest a suitable way to revoke her resignation and rejoin the same organization.

Revoking a Resignation
If her resignation letter states that she resigned from the job with immediate effect without stipulating any time in the future for her resignation to take effect, and the same has been accepted, it will probably not be possible for her to revoke it. However, if she stipulated a future date for the resignation to come into effect and she wants to revoke it before such a date, she can do it.

Dear, there is a possibility. But I want to know how an impressive letter is written so that I can work with honor and respect. Of course, given a notice period of 2 months, but after a month, I quit the job with proper information and joined another job which does not suit me. Immediately, I repent and would like to join the previous job henceforth. Please suggest to me.
