Are you also facing the same problem? It seems that the formatting has changed for CITE HR. The way we used to view formats and links previously, we are unable to do the same for the last couple of months. Kindly suggest.
Thank you.

Yes, you are correct—there have been many changes to the layout of CiteHR. Although it's just a matter of getting used to the new layout, if there is anything in particular that's become more difficult, please do let me know.

In the new format, the font color is missing. Secondly, we no longer have the ability to use keyboard shortcuts as we could before. In fact, Citehr was slightly better five years ago.

Yes, we removed the color/font feature to maintain uniformity in the posts. Too many font changes make it difficult to read text-heavy pages. I'll check the keyboard shortcuts—we haven't done anything to change that; it must have broken with all the other changes.

Like, for example, earlier if I wanted a format for a resignation letter, after typing it in the search box, we used to get all the formats and related posts for resignation letters. However, nowadays, when I search for something, the results displayed are for something else. I guess things are not working properly. I don't know whether I am the only one facing such issues or if it is the same for everyone. Please help, Sid.

Dear Sid, this is with reference to the above problem. Today, I wanted to find a letter format to request an overdraft facility from the bank. I tried searching for it and found many formats, but when I clicked on the links, they contained formats for experience letters, appointment letters, etc. I hope you now understand my problem.

Yes, we are aware of this issue. The problem started when Google mistakenly indexed all the research result pages—these pages were created for old internal search links.
We have already initiated the removal of these pages, but the Google index updates every few months and not completely. It'll take a little time, but this will improve with time.
