I'm already a member of CiteHR, but I'm still confused about posting. Where should I post my query? If nobody replies, but the second time I need help, I cannot understand how to post.

Please guide me.

Use the gray button at the top "+POST" and follow the instructions. Whether your query catches the eye of the seniors depends on how well you write the title and how much information you add in the query. Unprofessionally written queries are mostly ignored by the senior members - so check your spelling and grammar - the best you can.

As suggested by Sid, you can post your query according to the tabs provided in "+POST" in the header. Also, you can post in "Talk to Seniors" if you want to grab the attention of seniors and need their valuable reply/feedback on priority. We are all here to support and help each other.
