Dear Mr. P C Agarwal, The Legislative Brief states that domestic workers are excluded from the definition of an employee. Please refer to Section 2(a)(ii). I had provided suggestions on the draft bill to include women employed in households, which have been incorporated. Every Cooperative Housing Society is required to establish a Complaints Committee.
