What is the purpose of the survey? How many responses are you expecting? Are you surveying your own staff or are you expecting members to respond? Do you want to conduct any statistical tests or are you going to just use descriptive statistics?

NTPC (or any Power/Energy sector company, for that matter) doesn't have a department called 'Production.' There are only Erection, O&M (Operation & Maintenance), and a few other departments at the Plant-end.
