Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Executive in a Manufacturing Company

Our company is a manufacturing company with more than 3,500 employees. It's my duty to manage a floor with 570 employees. Can anyone kindly explain the roles and responsibilities I need to carry out on my floor as an HR executive? Kindly explain in points.

Talking in terms of job design, Strategic HR values cross-training employees, while Traditional HR favors specialization. The current approach in Strategic HR promotes teamwork, contrasting with the individualism emphasized in Traditional HR. Strategic HR aims to create autonomous levels, reducing dependency, whereas Traditional HR focuses on individual expertise. Both approaches were suitable for their respective times of origin, but undoubtedly, with the increasing demand for talent-centric HR, Strategic HR emerges as the winner.
