There was an English man who was singing "there was a cold day" while in the cinema toilets. An Indian guy walks by and hears him singing "there was a cold day, there was a cold day." The Indian guy slams the door wide open.

The English man, in shock, says, "What the bloody hell are you doing, you pervert!" The Indian replies, "Oh, sorry yaar, I thought you said, 'darwaza khol de... darwaza khol de.'"

Dear Hassan,

The two sentences, "There was a cold day" and "There was a brown crow," were actually taught to all East India Company officials when they were sent to India so that they could communicate with the natives. There were a few other sentences as well. These two became famous as they were used frequently.
