EPFO Passbook Generation: How to Access Employer and Employee Passbooks Online?

Hi Please find attached EPFO Circular No.WSU/5(1)/2003/11146 dt 20th July 2012 to generate Employer, Employee and On Request Passbooks through Portal - EPFO Website.

I submitted my request for an e-passbook on 8th August 2012, and despite repeated reminders, it has not been made available. Is there any way to prompt EPFO officials to respond to members' requests?
