I hope you have applied for the Labor License under the Contract Labor Act and Interstate Migrant Workmen Act, and obtained the Registration Certificate under the BOCW Act. You must submit the PF to the RPFC Office for all the workmen engaged at your site, in case your subcontractors are not covering it. EPF must be paid before the 15th of the next month.
Half-Yearly and Annual Returns
As this month is July, you must submit the Half-yearly Return (Form XXIV) before July 31, 2012. You can find the details of formats at https://www.citehr.com/384238-gentle...r-returns.html. You must submit two Half-yearly returns for the period from January 01 to June 30 by July 31, and from July 01 to December 31 by January 31.
The Annual return Form III (Under Minimum Wages Act) for the Calendar Year is due by January 31. Furthermore, as per the BOCW Act, you must submit the Annual return to your client so that your client can compile and forward the same to the BOCW Inspector's Office.

It is really very useful information. However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the information regarding PF is not correct, as all establishments have been required to fill the challans online since April 2012. Please verify this with the PF office and take necessary action if it has not been done yet.
