Hi avs, A GOOD ONE. But one doubt. You say a Leader gives credit!! Suppose a follower requires money, will the leader give credit (= loan)? It would be better if this is substituted by "Appreciates others". This is my personal opinion. Consult other well-informed members and then decide. Don't take it seriously, it is all in a lighter vein!!
