In any other training sites, even on this site, people urgently ask, "Need trainers immediately in.... Please send your resumes, profiles, modules, etc." We rush to send our resumes and wait for a response. Unfortunately, individuals do not respond to personal calls or messages. The thread continues to be posted. Regrettably, the individual initiating the thread fails to acknowledge when their requirement has been met with a simple "Yes, I have fulfilled my requirement. No more trainers needed." This lack of courtesy is evident. Additionally, I have observed that in their enthusiasm, trainers post replies even years later because the thread remains open. It's a sad and frustrating situation.

You are absolutely right. In every site related to training, this is the story. Let us keep on fighting this trend. My pain is, at least they don't thank the respondents for having taken the pain to give them data. And secondly, the thread runs for months, foolishly, when it said 'urgently.' Funny!
