Ok ....as per Haryana/Punjab Shops Act..following leaves are mandatory:
Earned Leaves (EL or PL) : 15 days or 1 day leave for every 20 days working
Sick Leave : 7 days
Casual Leave : 7 days
These are the minimum leaves, which should be given to all the employees.

Dear Poonam,
Greetings for the day,
As security company comes under shop & establishment act so jaiswal also enclosed the same it will guide well to you, but mind it in shop & establishment act the cl should be 7-10 year sl(sick leave) should be 7-10 per year, but benefit of sick should only be avail by them who are not covered under ESIC i.e salary above Rs. 15000/- pm and as far as Pl is concerned it stands for priveledge leave which is sometimes also known as EL(earned leave) which is 15 in a year of 5 leaves in each quater.
thanks & regards,
