Recently, my organization started to implement a one-year project and decided to withdraw some employees to execute the project. Now, the employees are demanding to be paid a project allowance.
I feel it is not right to pay them this allowance since they will be reintegrated into the organization once the project is over, and their entitlements in terms of salaries and normal allowances are already in place. Any comments or advice?
