We have observed that in industries, most fires occur due to loose electrical connections and wiring. Recently, we experienced an incident where a cable in the welding machine got burned due to loose/improper earthing, leading to overheating. Fortunately, no harm occurred as we promptly cut off the power supply from the mains. Please share your valuable comments on such incidents. The PowerPoint presentation is attached for your reference.

It is essential to remember that minor fires can often be the cause of major fires. Therefore, do not overlook such minor incidents.
