Hello! I am a final year student of MBA currently working on a project about "Role Stress for working women in Mumbai." Could anyone please tell me the process of validating my questionnaire? I have used questionnaires available on the internet for reference. Do I need to conduct an SPSS analysis, or would percentages or averages suffice? My questionnaire is based on the Likert Scale (1-5). The questionnaire is attached. Please suggest.

Hi,
Please find recommendations for changes in your questionnaire:
- The alignment of questions needs to be adjusted (order of questions).
- Many questions sound negative, which could impact the mindset of the respondents.
- The same questions can be rephrased in a positive manner, while still capturing the true sentiment through the 5-scale rating system.
- Avoid capturing the organization's name; instead, consider capturing the industry for better insights.
- Provide a space for respondents to share their views; this can offer a deeper understanding compared to just the questions.
I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Here are my observations:
It is better to give ranges for age, rather than seek the respondents' age. May we know what your objectives are? Do you have any hypotheses to test?
There are both advantages and disadvantages when you mix positive and negative statements. Please refer to http://uga.edu for more information. You can also find additional resources on how to analyze responses to Likert Scale questions on Google.
If you use SPSS, you can conduct more statistical tests depending on the number of responses you receive.
