Hi,

This time it's "Automated PF Ledger." Though there are many such kinds of formats as well as software, I am still sharing this with all of you.

Open the workbook and enable macros:
1. First of all, on "Add/Edit Company Detail," add the company details of your company.
2. Then, on "Add/Edit Company Detail," there are a few command buttons such as Data Sheet, Data... Click on Data Sheet, and in that sheet, you have to fill in Employee Details as well as Monthly PF Deductions.
3. After doing that, you will find that each form is updated automatically.
4. On the Challan sheet, just choose the month in the menu, and all figures will change according to the month.
5. Just like that, 3-A & 6-A will also be updated automatically with the DBF format too.

So, first of all, download it, then make suggestions for it.

Dear followers of CiteHR,

I will make this sheet unprotected and post it here. I am not charging anything for it, as some of you have been asking for it. I just ask for suggestions - is making this sheet worth it or not?

Happy Holi to all of you...
