Rating Scale Method of Performance Appraisal

The rating scale, no matter which one is used in the performance appraisal process, should reflect the skills, performance outcomes, and individual performance of the individual throughout the last appraisal process. It should not be merely a routine or perfunctory task. The question to consider is whether the aspects of the appraisal form have been adjusted to align with the current search for key performance indicators, or if the same appraisal form has been repeatedly used since its implementation.
