To improve communication skills in English, it requires a sound knowledge of grammar and lots of practice. You have to practice and speak more and more; then you will have a good confidence level. Moreover, if you really want to learn, join a good learning institution and take at least 3 months of training. After that, just feel confident and speak in English; it's only practice that makes someone perfect.
