Hi! There seems to be a great need for an Employee Handbook (EH) and Performance Management System (PMS) from members of this forum. The only problem is that it seems everyone wants to get it for FREE. Those who still need an Employee Handbook (with Code of Discipline) and/or a Performance Management System (PMS) must learn how to make their companies invest in these very important tools. Your organizations will greatly benefit from both the EH and PMS, and it is not right that HR people will go around begging for these tools for FREE. Let them spend on the tools that will enhance your job as HR executives. This way, you also help us (consultants) in our profession.
Let me give you a good deal: Pay for ONE (1) only at its normal price (US $1,500.00) and I give you both EH and PMS, in canned copy. In other words, "buy one and you take one" for FREE. Let me know if you will be interested. You can call me at: 0632-776-8537 / 063-916-762-7218.

Hi,
I viewed your post on the Employee Handbook, both the recent post as well as the earlier post from 6th July, with a summary/index of induction essentials. Your handbook would be of immense help and serve as a guide for further customization according to one's needs. I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly email it to me as well, at adviser-hrmanagement@gmail.com.
Thanks & Regards,

Reference is drawn to my earlier request to “numerouno” requesting for a copy of the Employee Handbook. A few more members have also requested similarly. Perhaps, such requests are under the attn of “numerouno” who may be pre-occupied. From the posts on this subject, I find the Employee Handbook was earlier e-mailed by “numerouno” to some members, such as: Gunjan, Atul, Bala, shalu, etc. May I request that some such members who had recd the Handbook could kindly share it to subsequent requisitioners by sending to their respective e-mails. Of late, I and Smita appear to be keen. We shall appreciate any response on this. my e-mail: adviser.hrmanagement@gmail.com HR Adviser.

Hi, I need guidelines for employees. I mean from the starting day of joining to the leaving day - formalities in the office, and rules and regulations in the office. Do you have any information regarding that? Please forward.
