First of all, you need to understand that in HR, you deal with 'H' - human beings, not with machines. If you can achieve the involvement of human beings connected with the organization in its success, you can partly consider yourself successful in HR activities. The next step is to maintain consistency in contributions and rewards by the 'human beings' involved in the entire process, including management and employees together. If you can uphold harmony and ensure continual improvement in the process, then you are moving in the direction of achieving HR excellence.

To achieve excellence in the HR field, first of all, you need to have a very sharp mind as well as very good behavior. You must have the ability to convince others.
