Hi, this is really important. I'm on my last round of interviews to become a Communication Trainer. I'm supposed to give a PowerPoint presentation on 'Being Perfect'. To make it even more interesting, I want some ideas on classroom activities that can be done. Can you please help? Any interesting story on 'Being Perfect' or a PowerPoint presentation on this would also be nice.

Thanks and regards,

At the outset, you have to understand the true meaning of "BEING PERFECT." As such, none is 100% perfect, but still, we try our best to be AS PERFECT AS WE CAN. It's a continuous process. Kindly consider these words to prepare a short and informative presentation on "BEING PERFECT":

1) COMMON SENSE
2) SENSE OF HUMOR
3) MATURITY LEVEL
4) CREATIVITY / CRITICAL THINKING
5) PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
6) DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE

It's time for you to demonstrate your TRAINING SKILLS as you are trying to clear your final round.

With profound regards

Dear Smritilekha,

I am happy to hear from you about the Communication Trainer position. We cannot say anybody is Mr. Perfect, as it is a composition of the majority of good qualities like:

1. Problem identification
2. Quick decision-making
3. Problem-solving
4. Prioritization skills
5. Analyzing skills
6. Team building spirit
7. Non-judgmental attitude
8. Good perspective building

Try to explain a communication gap with a simple game.

All the best.

sarkar
