The book on personality tests seems to be good. It's a nice way to spend time with your colleagues. All goes well in the office if it goes well at home.
Can anyone help me out with psychometric tests that can be conducted for interviewing candidates to help identify mismatches?

This is a good book for the usage, but not culture fair. There are tests developed for the Indian scenario for dealing with our own candidates and selecting the best available with our own psychologists in India like ACHIEVEMENT PERSONALITY RUDIMENTS MAPPING (APMR), PERSONALITY PROFILING (PP), ANGER CHECKLIST (AG), etc. These tests cover various areas of personality, including turbulent quotient, passion quotient, interpersonal efficiency, and counseling aptitude for HR professionals. These assessments are part of our professional psychologists' contributions to the field of psychometry.
