Dear All,
I want to implement some psychometric or personality tests in my present organization, but I don't know where to start. Moreover, I have lots of articles on it but not the exact procedure on how to carry it out. Please help, and you can also advise me if you think these tests are not worth it.
Looking forward to your replies.

Hi Octavious,
I am trying to develop an interview assessment technique using the DISC method for evaluation, along with other more conventional methods to evaluate. If you have something that will help me, let's work together. Maybe we can come up with something better.
Thank you,
Octavious

Hey guys,
That's a fantastic way of developing something new. When people of the same interest join together, anything is possible. By the way, Waseem and Octavious, check this site (http://isabs.org <link updated to site home>) for further knowledge on the subject matter. MBTI and DISC are all fantastic tools, and Waseem, these are worth anything in the world.
All that you have to keep in mind when using these tools is that they are copyrighted, and you need thorough knowledge of the same. I guess that's where ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science) will come in handy.
All the best, guys!

Thank you, guys, for your reply and enthusiasm. I am afraid, Octavius, that what you are asking for is not with me. However, I believe let's work together and gather more information on this. Hey, but I am not linking these tests for recruitment but for current colleagues.

Before starting, you may ask yourself two questions:
- Why do you want to practice psychometrics?
- What is the need, and what do you want to get out of this?
If you are already engaged in some activities, can psychometrics as a technique help in the process?
