I am working in a private company. They have now planned to introduce PF. My questions are: if an employee's PF account is opened, is the account a universal account? Can the same account be used in case you change over to a different company anywhere in India?
PF Account Transferability
My second question is that I was working in a company for about 10 months, and I have not resigned because I had a bond there. However, the PF for the 10 months has not been encashed. What is the procedure to encash the same?
Kindly guide me on these matters.
