Hi, can anybody help me draft an email for an employee who has not completed his notice period and left? I want to address all the concerned departments that his services are withdrawn from the day he is absent.

Notice of Employee Absconding

This is to inform you that Mr. Xxxxx has abandoned his services and left the organization without serving the mandatory notice period, effective from Xxxxxx (date/month/year). All employees are hereby cautioned not to engage with the said employee on business matters hereafter. Any person who deals with the aforementioned individual does so at their own risk. The individual in question is declared as absconding from Xxxxxxxx (date/month/year).

All are requested to comply with the above directive, which comes into force with immediate effect.

Hi, thanks for the replies, guys! I have drafted it in this way:

To
The Director
aaaaaaa Pvt Ltd

Subject: Regarding Employment Discontinuity of XYZ

This is in reference to the conversation with XYZ held on DD MM YYYY.

As per the discussion with XYZ, he is unable to continue the employment due to personal issues and has not served the notice period (45 days) mentioned in the agreement. Therefore, the services will be assumed to be withdrawn from DD MM YYYY.
