I was working at Tech Mahindra for the last 2 months as a JTA. Due to serious pain in my spine, I was on Leave Without Pay (LWP) for the past 2 months. Regularly, I kept them updated regarding my condition by sending scanned copies of all my medical prescriptions and reports.
Suddenly, my HR called me over the phone and forced me to resign. I refused, but he told me that they would terminate me. However, we have a bond for 2 years and 1 lakh rupees. I asked him if I needed to pay the bond amount, and he told me that as I have a medical reason, I don't need to pay.
So, I gave my resignation, but now they are asking for the bond amount and refusing to issue any Experience Certificate or relieving letter. I returned all the accessories that belonged to them. But now, I am feeling hopeless.

You need to speak to the HR head on the saiid issue, as Tech Mahindra is such a big organistaion and doing this type of acts with people is really very suprising.
