Understanding Form 7 and Other Department Registers: Can You Help Clarify?

Respected seniors, can you please tell me what Form 7 is in various departments? As far as I know, Form 7 is the leave register. If that is incorrect, please suggest the correct information. Additionally, could you please provide me with details on the various registers, numbers, sections, and acts?
