Good article, but I honestly feel that there is something more beyond praising—hard work, dedication, and determination. I feel a person who is a sluggard or wants to get recognized easily without hard work tries to perform arthi. This is only with superiors, I mean, and bosses. In general, genuinely praising people is a good attitude, but constantly doing it leads to a big ego.
