Motivation as a Driving Force
Motivation is the driving force to take up seemingly daunting tasks. Without motivation, people would never attempt difficult tasks. The inner strength that one gets is the result of motivation. A motivated individual puts in their mind, heart, body, and soul to do a task. This will improve the quality of work.
